3. 5ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನಾನು ಸವಿಾಪಿ ಸುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಆಗ ಕಣಿಹೇಳುವವರಿಗೂ ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರಿ ಗಳಿಗೂ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಮಾಡುವವರಿಗೂ ಸಂಬಳ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಲಿಯವನಿಗೂ ವಿಧವೆಗೂ ದಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲದವನಿಗೂ ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡುವವರಿಗೂ ಅನ್ಯನ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ತಿರಿಗಿಸಿ ಬಿಡುವವರಿಗೂ ನನಗೆ ಭಯಪಡದವರಿಗೂ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಶೀಘ್ರವಾದ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಗಾರನಾಗಿರು ವೆನೆಂದು ಸೈನ್ಯಗಳ ಕರ್ತನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.
