ಆತನು ಮೂರನೆಯ ಸಾರಿ ಬಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ-- ಈಗ ನಿದ್ರೆ ಮಾಡಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿರಿ; ಇನ್ನು ಸಾಕು; ಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದೆ; ಇಗೋ, ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಕುಮಾರನು ಪಾಪಿಗಳ ಕೈಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಿಡುಕೊಡಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಾನೆ;
Aatanu mooraneya saari bandu avarige-- eega nidre maadi nimma vishraantiyannu tegedukolliri; innu saaku; galige bandide; igo, manushya kumaaranu paapigala kaigalige hidukodalpaduttaane;

- 43ಆತನು ಇನ್ನೂ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗಲೇ ಹನ್ನೆ ರಡು ಮಂದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನಾದ ಯೂದನು ಬಂದನು; ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಯಾಜಕರ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿರಿಯರ ಕಡೆ ಯಿಂದ ಬಂದಿದ್ದ ಜನರ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಸಮೂಹವು ಕತ್ತಿ ದೊಣ್ಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಅವನ ಕೂಡ ಬಂದರು.
