1. 9ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ತಿರ್ಷತನಾದ ನೆಹೆವಿಾಯನೂ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ ಯೂ, ಯಾಜಕನೂ ಆದ ಎಜ್ರನೂ ಜನರನ್ನು ಬೋಧಿಸಿದ ಲೇವಿಯರೂ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇ ನಂದರೆ--ಈ ದಿನವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇವರಾಗಿರುವ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾದದರಿಂದ ದುಃಖಿಸದೆ, ಅಳದೆ ಇರ್ರಿ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರು ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಮಾತು ಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ ಅತ್ತರು.
2. 10ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವನು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನೀವು ಹೋಗಿ ಕೊಬ್ಬಿದ್ದನ್ನು ತಿಂದು ಸಿಹಿ ಯಾದದ್ದನ್ನು ಕುಡಿದು ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಸಿದ್ಧಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಏನೂ ಇಲ್ಲವೋ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಕೊಡಿರಿ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಈ ದಿನವು ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ವಾಗಿದೆ. ಕರ್ತನ ಆನಂದವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಲವಾಗಿರು ವದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ವ್ಯಥೆಪಡಬೇಡಿರಿ.
3. 11ಹೀಗೆಯೇ ಲೇವಿಯರು--ಈ ದಿನವು ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧವಾದದರಿಂದ ನೀವು ಮೌನವಾಗಿದ್ದು ವ್ಯಥೆಪಡಬೇಡಿರೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಜನರನ್ನು ಸುಮ್ಮನಿರಿಸಿದರು.
4. 12ಆಗ ಜನರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ತಿನ್ನಲೂ ಕುಡಿಯಲೂ ಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿ ಸಲೂ ಸಂತೋಷಿಸಲೂ ಹೊರಟು ಹೋದರು.
5. 13ಎರಡನೇ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಸ್ತ ಜನರ ಪಿತೃಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರುವ ಮುಖ್ಯರಾದವರೂ ಯಾಜಕರೂ ಲೇವಿಯರೂ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಹಾಗೆ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಯಾದ ಎಜ್ರನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದರು.
