ಇಗೋ, ಈ ದಿವಸ ನಾವು ದಾಸರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ; ಅದರ ಫಲವನ್ನೂ ಉತ್ತಮವಾದದ್ದನ್ನೂ ತಿನ್ನುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನೀನು ನಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಗೋ, ನಾವು ದಾಸರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

- 36ಇಗೋ, ಈ ದಿವಸ ನಾವು ದಾಸರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ; ಅದರ ಫಲವನ್ನೂ ಉತ್ತಮವಾದದ್ದನ್ನೂ ತಿನ್ನುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನೀನು ನಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಗೋ, ನಾವು ದಾಸರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
- 37ನಮ್ಮ, ಪಾಪಗಳಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನೀನು ನಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಇಟ್ಟ ಅರಸುಗಳಿಗೆ ಅದರ ಹುಟ್ಟುವಳಿ ಬಹಳ ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಇಚ್ಛೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನಮ್ಮ ಶರೀರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಶುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆಯೂ ಆಳುತ್ತಾರೆ; ನಾವು ಬಹು ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ.ಇದೆಲ್ಲಾದರ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ನಾವು ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಿರಮಾಡಿ ಬರೆಯುತ್ತೇವೆ; ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಧಾನರೂ ಲೇವಿಯರೂ ಯಾಜಕರೂ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮುದ್ರೆ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಾರೆ ಅಂದನು.
- 38ಇದೆಲ್ಲಾದರ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ನಾವು ಒಡಂಬಡಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಿರಮಾಡಿ ಬರೆಯುತ್ತೇವೆ; ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಧಾನರೂ ಲೇವಿಯರೂ ಯಾಜಕರೂ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಮುದ್ರೆ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಾರೆ ಅಂದನು.
