ಹಸುವಿನ ಬೂದಿಯನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಿದವನು ತನ್ನ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ತೊಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಸಾಯಂಕಾಲದ ವರೆಗೆ ಅಶುದ್ಧನಾಗಿರಬೇಕು; ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೂ ಅವರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಪರಕೀಯನಿಗೂ ಇದು ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಯಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

- 12ಅವನು ಇದ ರಿಂದ ಮೂರನೇ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧೀಕರಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡು ಏಳನೇ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಶುದ್ಧನಾಗಬೇಕು; ಆದರೆ ಅವನು ಮೂರನೇ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಶುದ್ಧಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದರೆ ಏಳನೇ ದಿವಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಶುದ್ಧನಾಗಲಾರನು.
