ಇಗೋ, ಐಗುಪ್ತ ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಹೊರಟಿರುವ ಒಂದು ಜನಾಂಗವು ಭೂಮುಖವನ್ನು ಆವರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ; ಈಗ ನೀನು ಬಂದು ನನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಅದನ್ನು ಶಪಿಸು; ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಅದರ ಸಂಗಡ ಯುದ್ಧಮಾಡಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಹೊರಗೆ ಹಾಕುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಸಮರ್ಥನಾದೇನು ಎಂಬದು.
Igo, aigupta deshadinda horatiruva ondu janaangavu bhoomukhavannu aavarisikondide; eega neenu bandu nanagoskara adannu shapisu; ondu vele adara sangada yuddhamaadi adannu horage haakuvadakke naanu samarthanaadenu embadu.

- 13ಆಗ ಬಿಳಾಮನು ಉದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಎದ್ದು ಬಾಲಾಕನ ಪ್ರಭುಗಳಿಗೆ--ಕರ್ತನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂಗಡ ಹೋಗುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನನಗೆ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆ ಕೊಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿ,
