ಎಣಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರಾದ ಇವರನ್ನು ಮೋಶೆಯೂ ಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾಜಾರನೂ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕ ಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯೆರಿಕೋ ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆದುರಾಗಿ ಯೊರ್ದನ್‌ ನದಿಯ ಮೇಲಿರುವ ಮೋವಾಬಿನ ಬೈಲುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಣಿಸಿದರು.

64ಆದರೆ ಮೋಶೆಯೂ ಯಾಜಕನಾದ ಆರೋನನೂ ಸೀನಾಯಿ ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಎಣಿಸಿದಾಗ ಎಣಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನಾದರೂ ಇವರ ಲೆಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಲಿಲ್ಲ.ಕರ್ತನು--ಅವರು ಅರಣ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಸಾಯಲಿ ಎಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದನು; ಈ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಯೆಫುನ್ನೆಯ ಮಗನಾದ ಕಾಲೇಬನೂ ನೂನನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೋಶುವನೂ ಇವರನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಒಬ್ಬನಾದರೂ ಉಳಿಯಲಿಲ್ಲ.
