ಆದರೆ ನಾವು ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮುಂದೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಅವರ ಸ್ಥಳದೊಳಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸುವ ವರೆಗೆ ಯುದ್ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿದ್ಧ ವಾಗಿ ಓಡುವೆವು; ನಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ಈ ದೇಶದ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳ ದೆಸೆಯಿಂದ ಭದ್ರವಾದ ಊರುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

- 19ನಾವು ಯೊರ್ದನ್‌ ನದಿಯ ಆಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವು ನಮಗೆ ಯೊರ್ದನ್‌ ನದಿಯ ಈಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಡಣ ಕಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂತು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
