ಒಂದು ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವು ಒಂದು ಗೋತ್ರದಿಂದ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಗೋತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸದೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬೊಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತಾನೇ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಅಂದನು.

King James Version (KJV): Neither shall the inheritance remove from [one] tribe to another tribe; but every one of the tribes of the children of Israel shall keep himself to his own inheritance.

9ಒಂದು ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯವು ಒಂದು ಗೋತ್ರದಿಂದ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಗೋತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸದೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಗೋತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬೊಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ಸ್ವಾಸ್ತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತಾನೇ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಅಂದನು.
10ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಚಲ್ಪಹಾ ದನ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆಯರು ಮಾಡಿದರು.
11ಚಲ್ಪಹಾದನ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆಯರಾದ ಮಹ್ಲಾ, ತಿರ್ಚಾ, ಹೊಗ್ಲಾ, ಮಿಲ್ಕಾ, ನೋವಾ ಎಂಬವರು ತಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಯ ಸಹೋದರರ ಕುಮಾರರನ್ನು ಮದುವೆಯಾದರು;
