ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಬೇಕಾದದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಪುರುಷನಾದರೂ ಸ್ರ್ತೀಯಾದರೂ ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಮಾಡುವ ಯಾವ ದೊಂದು ಪಾಪಮಾಡಿ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಆಜ್ಞೆವಿಾರಿದರೆ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಅಪರಾಧಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ;

4ಆಗ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹಾಗೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಪಾಳೆಯದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದರು. ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮಾಡಿದರು.
5ಕರ್ತನು ಮೋಶೆಯ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--
6ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲ್‌ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಬೇಕಾದದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಪುರುಷನಾದರೂ ಸ್ರ್ತೀಯಾದರೂ ಮನುಷ್ಯರು ಮಾಡುವ ಯಾವ ದೊಂದು ಪಾಪಮಾಡಿ ಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಆಜ್ಞೆವಿಾರಿದರೆ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಅಪರಾಧಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ;
7ಆಗ ಅವರು ಮಾಡಿದ ಪಾಪವನ್ನು ಅರಿಕೆಮಾಡಿ ಅವರ ಅಪರಾಧದ ಬದಲು ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಅದರ ಸಂಗಡ ಐದನೇ ಪಾಲನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಿ ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಅಪರಾಧ ಮಾಡಿ ದರೋ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು.
8ಆದರೆ ಅಪರಾಧಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲು ಕೊಡುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಕನು ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಆ ಅಪರಾಧವು ಅವನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಪಾಪ ಮುಚ್ಚುವ ಟಗರಿನ ಹೊರತಾಗಿ ಅದು ಕರ್ತನದೂ ಯಾಜಕನದೂ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕು.
