1. 12ಇದು ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಮೃಗದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅದರ ಮುಂದೆಯೇ ನಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಮರಣಕರವಾದ ಗಾಯ ವಾಸಿಯಾದ ಮೊದಲನೆಯ ಮೃಗಕ್ಕೆ ಭೂಲೋಕವೂ ಭೂನಿವಾಸಿಗಳೂ ಆರಾಧಿಸು ವಂತೆ ಇದು ಮಾಡುವಂಥದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ.
2. 13ಇದು ಮಹ ತ್ತಾದ ಸೂಚಕಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಡಿಸುವಂಥದ್ದಾಗಿ ಜನರ ಮುಂದೆ ಬೆಂಕಿಯು ಆಕಾಶದಿಂದ ಭೂಮಿಗೆ ಇಳಿದು ಬರುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.
3. 14ಮೃಗದ ಮುಂದೆ ಇಂಥಾ ಮಹತ್ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿ ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ಜನರನ್ನು ಮೋಸಗೊಳಿಸುವದಲ್ಲದೆ ಕತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಗಾಯಹೊಂದಿ ಬದುಕಿದ ಮೃಗಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ವಿಗ್ರಹವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳ ಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತದೆ.
4. 15ಮೃಗದ ವಿಗ್ರಹವು ಮಾತನಾಡುವಂತೆಯೂ ಆ ಮೃಗದ ವಿಗ್ರಹವನ್ನು ಯಾರಾರು ಆರಾಧಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲವೋ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲಿಸು ವಂತೆಯೂ ಆ ಮೃಗದ ವಿಗ್ರಹಕ್ಕೆ ಜೀವ ಕೊಡುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರವು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಇತ್ತು.
