ಆತನು ಬಂದು ಸಿಂಹಾಸನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೂತಿದ್ದಾತನ ಬಲಗೈಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ಆ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡನು.

- 6ನಾನು ನೋಡಲಾಗಿ ಇಗೋ, ಸಿಂಹಾಸ ನದ ಮತ್ತು ನಾಲ್ಕು ಜೀವಿಗಳ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಹಿರಿಯರ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಒಂದು ಕುರಿಮರಿಯು ವಧಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಂತೆ ನಿಂತಿರುವದನ್ನು ಕಂಡೆನು; ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಏಳು ಕೊಂಬುಗಳೂ ಏಳು ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳೂ ಇದ್ದವು; ಅವು ಭೂಮಿಯ ಮೇಲೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿರುವ ದೇವರ ಏಳು ಆತ್ಮ

- 8ಆತನು ಆ ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಾಗ ಆ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಜೀವಿಗಳೂ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತನಾಲ್ಕು ಮಂದಿ ಹಿರಿಯರೂ ಕುರಿಮರಿಯಾದಾತನ ಮುಂದೆ ಅಡ್ಡಬಿದ್ದರು; ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರ ಕೈಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವೀಣೆಗಳೂ ಪರಿ ಶುದ್ಧರ ಪರಿಮಳವಾದ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದ್ದ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಪಾತ್ರೆಗಳೂ ಇದ್ದವು.
- 9ಅವರು ಹೊಸ ಹಾಡನ್ನು ಹಾಡುತ್ತಾ--ನೀನು ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಅದರ ಮುದ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಚ್ಚುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಯೋಗ್ಯ ನಾಗಿದ್ದೀ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನೀನು ವಧಿತನಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ರಕ್ತದಿಂದ ಸಕಲ ಕುಲ ಭಾಷೆ ಪ್ರಜೆ ಜನಾಂಗಗಳ ವರಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ದೇವರಿಗಾಗಿ ವಿಮೋಚಿಸಿದ್ದೀ;
