ಆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಹೆಸರು ಎಲೀಮೆಲೆ ಕನು; ಅವನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯ ಹೆಸರು ನೊವೊಮಿ; ಅವನ ಕುಮಾರ ರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನ ಹೆಸರು ಮಹ್ಲೋ ನನು, ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನ ಹೆಸರು ಕಿಲ್ಯೋನನು. ಇವರು ಎಫ್ರಾತ್ಯರಾದ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಬೇತ್ಲೆಹೇಮಿನವ ರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಇವರು ಮೋವಾಬ್‌ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿದ್ದರು.
