ദാവീദിന്റെ ഭൃത്യന്മാർ കർമ്മേലിൽ അബീഗയിലിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ചെന്നു അവളോടു: നീ ദാവീദിന്നു ഭാര്യയായ്തീരുവാൻ നിന്നെ കൊണ്ടുചെല്ലേണ്ടതിന്നു ഞങ്ങളെ അവൻ നിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ അയച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
