For thus saith the Lord GOD; The city that went out [by] a thousand shall leave an hundred, and that which went forth [by] an hundred shall leave ten, to the house of Israel.

5. 5ബേഥേലിനെ അന്വേഷിക്കരുതു; ഗില്ഗാലിലേക്കു ചെല്ലരുതു; ബേർ-ശേബയിലേക്കു കടക്കയുമരുതു; ഗില്ഗാൽ പ്രവാസത്തിലേക്കു പോകേണ്ടിവരും; ബേഥേൽ നാസ്തിയായി ഭവിക്കും.
