3. 33ഉടൻ തന്നേ ആ വാക്കു നെബൂഖദ്നേസരിന്നു നിവൃത്തിയായി; അവനെ മനുഷ്യരുടെ ഇടയിൽ നിന്നു നീക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞു; അവന്റെ രോമം കഴുകന്റെ തൂവൽപോലെയും അവന്റെ നഖം പക്ഷിയുടെ നഖംപോലെയും വളരുന്നതുവരെ, അവൻ കാള എന്നപോലെ പുല്ലു തിന്നുകയും അവന്റെ ദേഹം ആകാശത്തിലെ മഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടു നനയുകയും ചെയ്തു.
4. 34ആ കാലം കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടു നെബൂഖദ്നേസർ എന്ന ഞാൻ സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തേക്കു കണ്ണുയർത്തി എന്റെ ബുദ്ധിയും എനിക്കു മടങ്ങിവന്നു; ഞാൻ അത്യുന്നതനായവനെ വാഴ്ത്തി, എന്നേക്കും ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നവനെ സ്മരിച്ചു ബഹുമാനിക്കയും ചെയ്തു; അവന്റെ ആധിപത്യം എന്നേക്കുമുള്ള ആധിപത്യവും അവന്റെ രാജത്വം തലമുറതലമുറയായുള്ളതും അല്ലോ.
