അവർ എനിക്കു പുരോഹിതശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്‌വാനും അതിവിശുദ്ധങ്ങളായ എന്റെ സകലവിശുദ്ധവസ്തുക്കളെയും തൊടുവാനും എന്നോടു അടുത്തുവരാതെ തങ്ങളുടെ ലജ്ജയും തങ്ങൾ ചെയ്ത മ്ലേച്ഛതകളും വഹിക്കേണം.

- 14എന്നാൽ ആലയത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാ വേലെക്കും അതിൽ ചെയ്‌വാനുള്ള എല്ലാറ്റിന്നും ഞാൻ അവരെ അതിൽ കാര്യവിചാരകന്മാരാക്കിവെക്കും.
- 15യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾ എന്നെ വിട്ടു തെറ്റിപ്പോയ കാലത്തു എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തിന്റെ കാര്യവിചാരണ നടത്തിയിരുന്ന സാദോക്കിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരായ ലേവ്യപുരോഹിതന്മാർ എനിക്കു ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന്നു എന്നോടു അടുത്തുവരികയും മേദസ്സും രക്തവും എനിക്കു അർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ നില്ക്കയും വേണം എന്നു യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാടു.
