അവൻ പിന്നെയും അവനോടു സംസാരിച്ചു: പക്ഷേ നാല്പതുപേരെ അവിടെ കണ്ടാലോ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞതിന്നു: ഞാൻ നാല്പതുപേരുടെ നിമിത്തം നശിപ്പിക്കയില്ല എന്നു അവൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.

- 30അതിന്നു അവൻ: ഞാൻ പിന്നെയും സംസാരിക്കുന്നു; കർത്താവു കോപിക്കരുതേ; പക്ഷേ മുപ്പതുപേരെ അവിടെ കണ്ടാലോ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. ഞാൻ മുപ്പതുപേരെ അവിടെ കണ്ടാൽ നശിപ്പിക്കയില്ല എന്നു അവൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.
- 31ഞാൻ കർത്താവിനോടു സംസാരിപ്പാൻ തുനിഞ്ഞുവല്ലോ; പക്ഷേ ഇരുപതുപേരെ അവിടെ കണ്ടാലോ എന്നു അവൻ പറഞ്ഞതിന്നു: ഞാൻ ഇരുപതുപേരുടെ നിമിത്തം നശിപ്പിക്കയില്ല എന്നു അവൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു.
