അതിന്നു ഉത്തരമായി യേശു: ഇതു നീ സ്വയമായി പറയുന്നതോ മറ്റുള്ളവർ എന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു നിന്നോടു പറഞ്ഞിട്ടോ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.
Atinnu uttaramaayi yeshu: itu nee svayamaayi parayunnato mattullavar ennekkurichchu ninnotu paranynyitto ennu chodichchu.

- 36എന്റെ രാജ്യം ഐഹികമല്ല; എന്റെ രാജ്യം ഐഹികം ആയിരുന്നു എങ്കിൽ എന്നെ യഹൂദന്മാരുടെ കയ്യിൽ ഏല്പിക്കാതവണ്ണം എന്റെ ചേവകർ പോരാടുമായിരുന്നു; എന്നാൽ എന്റെ രാജ്യം ഐഹികമല്ല എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.
