അങ്ങനെ അവർ ഇരുവരും പർവ്വതത്തിൽനിന്നു ഇറങ്ങി അക്കരെ കടന്നു നൂന്റെ മകനായ യോശുവയുടെ അടുക്കൽ ചെന്നു തങ്ങൾക്കു സംഭവിച്ചതു ഒക്കെയും അവനെ അറിയിച്ചു.

24യഹോവ ദേശമൊക്കെയും നമ്മുടെ കയ്യിൽ ഏല്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു നിശ്ചയം; ദേശത്തിലെ നിവാസികൾ എല്ലാവരും നമ്മുടെ നിമിത്തം ഉരുകിപ്പോകുന്നു എന്നു അവർ യോശുവയോടു പറഞ്ഞു.
