- 8ജനം നടന്നു പെറുക്കി തിരികല്ലിൽ പൊടിച്ചിട്ടോ ഉരലിൽ ഇടിച്ചിട്ടോ കലത്തിൽ പുഴുങ്ങി അപ്പം ഉണ്ടാക്കും. അതിന്റെ രുചി എണ്ണചേർത്തുണ്ടാക്കിയ ദോശപോലെ ആയിരുന്നു.
