తరువాత లేవీయులు తమకొరకును యాజకులకొరకును సిద్ధముచేసిరి. అహరోను సంతతివారగు యాజకులు దహనబలి పశుమాంసమును క్రొవ్వును రాత్రివరకు అర్పింపవలసివచ్చెను గనుక లేవీయులు తమ కొరకును అహరోను సంతతివారగు యాజకులకొరకును సిద్ధపరచిరి.

15మరియు ఆసాపు సంతతివారగు గాయకు లును, ఆసాపు హేమానులును, రాజునకు దీర్ఘదర్శియగు యెదూతూనును దావీదు నియమించిన ప్రకారముగా తమ స్థలమందుండిరి; ద్వారములన్నిటియొద్దను ద్వార పాలకులు కనిపెట్టుచుండిరి. వారు తమ చేతిలో పని విడిచి అవతలికి వెళ్లిపోకుండునట్లు వారి సహోదరులగు లేవీయులు వారికొరకు సిద్ధపరచిరి.
16ఈ ప్రకారము రాజైన యోషీయా యిచ్చిన ఆజ్ఞనుబట్టి వారు పస్కాపండుగ ఆచరించి, యెహోవా బలిపీఠముమీద దహన బలులను అర్పించుటచేత ఆ దినమున ఏమియు లోపము లేకుండ యెహోవా సేవ జరిగెను.
