29ఇశ్రాయేలు రాజైన పెకహు దినములలో అష్షూరురాజైన తిగ్లత్పిలేసెరు వచ్చి ఈయోను పట్టణమును, ఆబేల్బేత్మయకా పట్టణమును, యానోయహు పట్టణమును, కెదెషు పట్టణమును, హాసోరు పట్టణమును, గిలాదు దేశమును, గలిలయ దేశమును, నఫ్తాలీ దేశమంతయును పట్టుకొని అచ్చట నున్నవారిని అష్షూరు దేశమునకు చెరగా తీసికొని పోయెను.
30అప్పుడు ఏలా కుమారుడైన హోషేయ ఇశ్రాయేలురాజును రెమల్యా కుమారుడునైన పెకహుమీద కుట్రచేసి, అతనిమీద పడి అతని చంపి, యూదా రాజైన ఉజ్జియా కుమారుడైన యోతాము ఏలుబడిలో ఇరువదియవ సంవత్సరమున అతనికి మారుగా రాజాయెను.

32ఇశ్రాయేలురాజును రెమల్యా కుమారుడునైన పెకహు ఏలుబడిలో రెండవ సంవత్సరమున యూదారాజైన ఉజ్జియా కుమారుడగు యోతాము ఏలనారంభించెను.
33అతడు ఇరువది యయిదేండ్లవాడై యెరూషలేమునందు రాజై పదునారు సంవత్సరములు ఏలెను. అతని తల్లి సాదోకు కుమార్తెయైన యెరూషా.
