- 6హోషేయ యేలుబడిలో తొమ్మిదవ సంవత్సరమందు అష్షూరురాజు షోమ్రోను పట్టణమును పట్టుకొని ఇశ్రాయేలువారిని అష్షూరు దేశములోనికి చెర గొనిపోయి. గోజానునది దగ్గరనున్న హాలహు హాబోరు అను స్థలములందును మాదీయుల పట్టణ ములలోను వారిని ఉంచెను.
- 7ఎందుకనగా ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు ఐగుప్తుదేశ ములో నుండియు, ఐగుప్తురాజైన ఫరోయొక్క బలము క్రిందనుండియు, తమ్మును విడిపించిన తమ దేవుడైన యెహోవా దృష్టికి పాపముచేసి యితర దేవతలయందు భయభక్తులు నిలిపి
