5. 14ఇక్కడను నీ నామమునుబట్టి ప్రార్థనచేయు వారినందరిని బంధించుటకు అతడు ప్రధానయాజకులవలన అధికారము పొంది యున్నాడని ఉత్తరమిచ్చెను.
