రాజు అష్పెనజు అను తన నపుంసకుల యధిపతిని పిలిపించి అతనికీలాగు ఆజ్ఞాపించెను ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల రాజవంశములలో ముఖ్యులై, లోపములేని సౌందర్యమును సకల విద్యా ప్రవీణతయు జ్ఞానమును గలిగి,

- 4తత్వజ్ఞానము తెలిసినవారై రాజు నగరునందు నిలువదగిన కొందరు బాలురను రప్పించి, కల్దీయుల విద్యను భాషను వారికి నేర్పుము.
- 5మరియు రాజు తాను భుజించు ఆహారములో నుండియు తాను పానముచేయు ద్రాక్షారసములో నుండియు అనుదిన భాగము వారికి నియమించి, మూడు సంవత్సరములు వారిని పోషించి పిమ్మట వారిని తన యెదుట నిలువబెట్టునట్లు ఆజ్ఞ ఇచ్చెను.
