37రాజా, పరలోక మందున్న దేవుడు రాజ్యమును అధికారమును బలమును ఘనతయు తమరికి అనుగ్ర హించి యున్నాడు; తమరు రాజులకు రాజైయున్నారు.
38ఆయన మనుష్యులు నివసించు ప్రతిస్థలమందును, మనుష్యులనేమి భూజంతువులనేమి ఆకాశపక్షులనేమి అన్నిటిని ఆయన తమరి చేతి కప్పగించియున్నాడు, వారందరి మీద తమరికి ప్రభుత్వము ననుగ్రహించి యున్నాడు; తామే ఆ బంగారపు శిరస్సు
