ఇనుమును బురదయు మిళితమై యుండుట తమరికి కనబడెను; అటువలె మనుష్య జాతులు మిళితములై యినుము మట్టితో అతకనట్లు వారు ఒకరితో ఒకరు పొసగకయుందురు.

- 44ఆ రాజుల కాలములలో పరలోకమందున్న దేవుడు ఒక రాజ్యము స్థాపించును. దానికెన్నటికిని నాశనము కలుగదు, ఆ రాజ్యము దాని పొందినవారికి గాక మరెవరికిని చెందదు; అది ముందు చెప్పిన రాజ్యములన్నిటిని పగులగొట్టి నిర్మూలము చేయును గాని అది యుగములవరకు నిలుచును.
- 45చేతి సహాయము లేక పర్వతమునుండి తియ్యబడిన ఆ రాయి యినుమును ఇత్తడిని మట్టిని వెండిని బంగారమును పగులగొట్టగా తమరు చూచితిరే; యిందువలన మహా దేవుడు ముందు జరుగ బోవు సంగతి రాజునకు తెలియజేసియున్నాడు; కల నిశ్చయము, దాని భావము నమ్మదగినది అని దానియేలు రాజుతో చెప్పెను.
