ఆ గడియలోనే ఆలాగున నెబుకద్నెజరునకు సంభ వించెను; మానవులలోనుండి అతని తరిమిరి, అతడు పశువులవలె గడ్డిమేసెను, ఆకాశపుమంచు అతని దేహమును తడపగా అతని తలవెండ్రుకలు పక్షిరాజు రెక్కల ఈకెలవంటివియు అతని గోళ్లు పక్షుల గోళ్లవంటివియు నాయెను.

- 35భూనివాసులందరు ఆయన దృష్టికి ఎన్నికకు రానివారు; ఆయన పరలోక సేనయెడలను భూనివాసులయెడలను తన చిత్తము చొప్పున జరిగించువాడు; ఆయన చేయి పట్టుకొని నీవేమి చేయుచున్నావని ఆయనతో చెప్పుటకు ఎవడును సమర్థుడుకాడు.
