1. 21మనము చెరలోనికి వచ్చిన పండ్రెండవ సంవత్సరము పదియవ నెల అయిదవ దినమున ఒకడు యెరూషలేములో నుండి తప్పించుకొని నాయొద్దకు వచ్చి పట్టణము కొల్ల పెట్టబడెనని తెలియజేసెను.
2. 22తప్పించుకొనినవాడు వచ్చిన వెనుకటి సాయంత్రమున యెహోవా హస్తము నామీదికి వచ్చెను; ఉదయమున అతడు నాయొద్దకు రాకమునుపే యెహోవా నా నోరు తెరవగా పలుకుటకు నాకు శక్తి కలిగెను, అప్పటినుండి నేను మౌనిని కాకయుంటిని.
3. 23మరియు యెహోవా వాక్కు నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను
4. 24నరపుత్రుడా, ఇశ్రాయేలు దేశములో పాడైపోయిన ఆ యా చోట్లను కాపురమున్న వారు అబ్రాహాము ఒంటరియై యీ దేశమును స్వాస్థ్యముగా పొందెను గదా; అనేకులమైన మనకును ఈ దేశము స్వాస్థ్యముగా ఇయ్యబడదా అని అనుకొనుచున్నారు.
5. 25కాబట్టి వారికీ మాట ప్రకటనచేయుము ప్రభువగు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా రక్తము ఓడ్చి వేయక మాంసము భుజించు మీరు, మీ విగ్రహముల వైపు దృష్టియుంచు మీరు, నరహత్యచేయు మీరు, ఈ దేశమును స్వతంత్రించుకొందురా?
