4. 12పూర్వకాలమునుండి పాడైపోయిన స్థలములను నీ జనులు కట్టెదరు అనేకతరముల క్రిందట పాడైపోయిన పునాదులను నీవు మరల కట్టెదవు విరుగబడినదానిని బాగుచేయువాడవనియు దేశములో నివసించునట్లుగా త్రోవలు సిద్ధపరచువాడ వనియు నీకు పేరు పెట్టబడును. ఆయన నీతియే ఆయనకు ఆధారమాయెను.
