- 14నిన్ను చంపుటకు అమ్మోనీయుల రాజైన బయలీను నెతన్యా కుమారుడైన ఇష్మాయేలును పంపెనని నీకు తెలియదా అని చెప్పిరి. అయితే అహీకాము కుమారుడైన గెదల్యా వారి మాట నమ్మలేదు.
- 15కారేహ కుమారుడగు యోహానాను మిస్పాలో గెదల్యాతో రహస్యముగా ఇట్లనెను నీ యొద్దకు కూడివచ్చిన యూదులందరు చెదరిపోవునట్లును, యూదా జనశేషము నశించు నట్లును నెతన్యా కుమారుడైన ఇష్మాయేలు నిన్ను చంపనేల?దయచేసి నన్ను వెళ్లనిమ్ము, ఎవనికి తెలియకుండ నేను వానిని చంపెదను.
