ఒకడు ఒట్టుపెట్టుకొనినవాడై తాను చూచినదాని గూర్చిగాని తనకు తెలిసినదానిగూర్చిగాని సాక్షియై యుండి దాని తెలియచేయక పాపము చేసినయెడల అతడు తన దోషశిక్షను భరించును.
