28ఇద్దరు బందిపోటు దొంగలను ఆయనతొకూడ సిలువవేసిరి.
29అప్పుడు ఆ మార్గమున వెళ్లుచున్నవారు తమ తలలూచుచు ఆహా దేవాలయమును పడగొట్టి మూడు దినములలో కట్టువాడా,
30సిలువమీదనుండి దిగి, నిన్ను నీవే రక్షించు కొనుమని చెప్పి ఆయనను దూషించిరి.
31అట్లు శాస్త్రు లును ప్రధానయాజకులును అపహాస్యము చేయుచువీడితరులను రక్షించెను, తన్ను తాను రక్షించుకొనలేడు.
32ఇశ్రాయేలు రాజగు క్రీస్తు ఇప్పుడు సిలువమీదనుండి దిగి రావచ్చును. అప్పుడు మనము చూచి నమ్ముదమని యొకరితో ఒకరు చెప్పుకొనిరి. ఆయనతోకూడ సిలువ వేయబడినవారును ఆయనను నిందించిరి.
