49వారు మోయాబు మైదానములలో బెత్యేషిమోతు మొదలుకొని ఆబేలు షిత్తీమువరకు యొర్దానుదగ్గర దిగిరి.
50యెరికోయొద్ద, అనగా యొర్దానుకు సమీపమైన మోయాబు మైదానములలో యెహోవా మోషేకు ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను.
51నీవు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులతో ఇట్లనుముమీరు యొర్దానును దాటి కనానుదేశమును చేరిన తరువాత
52ఆ దేశనివాసులందరిని మీ యెదుట నుండి వెళ్లగొట్టి, వారి సమస్త ప్రతిమలను నాశనముచేసి వారి పోతవిగ్రహములనన్నిటిని నశింపచేసి వారి ఉన్నత స్థలములనన్నిటిని పాడుచేసి
53ఆ దేశమును స్వాధీనపరచుకొని దానిలో నివసింపవలెను; ఏలయనగా దాని స్వాధీనపరచుకొనునట్లు ఆ దేశమును మీకిచ్చితిని.
