Moreover the Hebrews [that] were with the Philistines before that time, which went up with them into the camp [from the country] round about, even they also [turned] to be with the Israelites that [were] with Saul and Jonathan.

4. 22எப்பிராயீம் மலைகளில் ஒளித்துக்கொண்டிருந்த சகல இஸ்ரவேலரும் பெலிஸ்தர் முறிந்தோடுகிறதைக் கேள்விப்பட்டபோது, யுத்தத்திலே அவர்களை நெருங்கித் தொடர்ந்தார்கள்.
5. 23இப்படிக் கர்த்தர் அன்றையதினம் இஸ்ரவேலை ரட்சித்தார்; அந்த யுத்தம் பெத்தாவேன் மட்டும் நடந்தது.
