4. 20மூன்றுநாளைக்கு முன்னே காணாமற்போன கழுதைகளைப்பற்றிக் கவலைப்படவேண்டாம்; அவைகள் அகப்பட்டது; இதல்லாமல் சகல இஸ்ரவேலின் அபேட்சையும் யாரை நாடுகிறது? உன்னையும் உன் வீட்டார் அனைவரையும் அல்லவா? என்றான்.
5. 21அப்பொழுது சவுல் பிரதியுத்தரமாக: நான் இஸ்ரவேல் கோத்திரங்களிலே சிறிதான பென்யமீன் கோத்திரத்தான் அல்லவா? பென்யமீன் கோத்திரத்துக் குடும்பங்களிலெல்லாம் என் குடும்பம் அற்பமானது அல்லவா? நீர் இப்படிப்பட்ட வார்த்தையை என்னிடத்தில் சொல்வானேன் என்றான்.
