3. 23அவனுக்குப் பகைஞனாயிராமலும் அவனுக்குத் தீங்கு செயய நினையாமலும் இருக்கையில், ஒருவனைக் கொன்றுபோடத்தக்க ஒரு கல்லினால் அவனைக் காணாமல் எறிய, அது அவன்மேல் பட்டதினாலாயினும், அவன் செத்துப்போனால்,
4. 24அப்பொழுது கொலைசெய்தவனையும் பழிவாங்குகிறவனையும் சபையார் இந்த நியாயப்படி விசாரித்து,
5. 25கொலைசெய்தவனைப் பழிவாங்குகிறவனுடைய கைக்குத் தப்புவித்து, அவன் ஓடிப்போயிருந்த அடைக்கலப்பட்டணத்துக்கு அவனைத் திரும்பப் போகும்படி செய்யக்கடவர்கள்; பரிசுத்த தைலத்தினால் அபிஷேகம் பெற்ற பிரதான ஆசாரியன் மரணமடையுமட்டும் அவன் அதிலே இருக்கக்கடவன்.
