Daaood ne uttar dekar kahaa, he raajaa, bhaale ko dekh, koee javaan idhar aakar ise le jaae.

- 23यहोवा एक एक को अपने अपने धर्म और सच्चाई का फल देगा; देख, आज यहोवा ने तुझ को मेरे हाथ में कर दिया था, परन्तु मैं ने यहोवा के अभिषिक्त पर अपना हाथ बढ़ाना उचित न समझा।
- 24इसलिये जैसे तेरे प्राण आज मेरी दृष्टि में प्रिय ठहरे, वैसे ही मेरे प्राण भी यहोवा की दृष्टि में प्रिय ठहरे, और वह मुझे समस्त विपत्तियों से छुड़ाए।
