जब राजा ने स्त्री से मूछा, तब उस ने उस से सब कह दिया। तब राजा ने एक हाकिम को यह कहकर उसके साथ कर दिया कि लो कुछ इसका था वरन जब से इस ने देश को छोड़ दिया तब से इसके खेत की जितनी आमदनी अब तक हुई हो सब इसे फेर दे।
Jab raajaa ne stree se moochhaa, tab us ne us se sab kah diyaa. Tab raajaa ne ek haakim ko yah kahakar usake saath kar diyaa ki lo kuchh isakaa thaa varan jab se is ne desh ko chhod diyaa tab se isake khet kee jitanee aamadanee ab tak huee ho sab ise pher de.

- 7और एलीशा दमिशक को गया। और जब अराम के राजा बेन्हदद को जो रोगी था यह समाचार मिला, कि परमेश्वर का भक्त यहां भी आया है,
- 8तब उस ने हजाएल से कहा, भेंट लेकर परमेश्वर के भक्त से मिलने को जा, और उसके द्वारा यहोवा से यह पूछ, कि क्या बेन्हदद जो रोगी है वह बचेगा कि नहीं?
