जब दाऊद को यह समाचार मिला, कि ऊरिरयाह अपने घर नहीं गया, तब दाऊद ने ऊरिरयाह से कहा, क्या तू यात्रा करके नहीं आया? तो अपने घर क्यों नहीं गया?

Jab daaood ko yah samaachaar milaa, ki oorirayaah apane ghar naheem gayaa, tab daaood ne oorirayaah se kahaa, kyaa too yaatraa karake naheem aayaa? To apane ghar kyom naheem gayaa?

King James Version (KJV): And when they had told David, saying, Uriah went not down unto his house, David said unto Uriah, Camest thou not from [thy] journey? why [then] didst thou not go down unto thine house?
