यदि यह प्रगट हो कि उस बैल की पहिले से सींग मारने की बान पड़ी थी, पर उसके स्वामी ने उसे बान्ध नहीं रखा, तो निश्चय यह बैल की सन्ती बैल भर दे, पर लोथ उसी की ठहरे।।
