सो इस्त्राएली विश्रामदिन को माना करें, वरन पीढ़ी पीढ़ी में उसको सदा की वाचा का विषय जानकर माना करें।
So istraaelee vishraamadin ko maanaa karem, varan peedhee peedhee mem usako sadaa kee vaachaa kaa vishay jaanakar maanaa karen.

- 15छ: दिन तो काम काज किया जाए, पर सातवां दिन परमविश्राम का दिन और यहोवा के लिये पवित्रा है; इसलिये जो कोई विश्राम के दिन में कुछ काम काज करे वह निश्चय मार डाला जाए।

- 17वह मेरे और इस्त्राएलियों के बीच सदा एक चिन्ह रहेगा, क्योंकि छ: दिन में यहोवा ने आकाश और पृथ्वी को बनाया, और सातवें दिन विश्राम करके अपना जी ठण्डा किया।।
- 18जब परमेश्वर मूसा से सीनै पर्वत पर ऐसी बातें कर चुका, तब उस ने उसको अपनी उंगली से लिखी हुई साक्षी देनेवाली पत्थर की दोनों तख्तियां दी।।
