और यदि वे इन दोनों चिन्होंकी प्रतीति न करें और तेरी बात को न मानें, तब तू नील नदी से कुछ जल ले कर सूखी भूमि पर डालना; और जो जल तू नदी से निकालेगा वह सूखी भूमि पर लोहू बन जायेगा।

Aur yadi ve in donom chinhonkee prateeti na karem aur teree baat ko na maanem, tab too neel nadee se kuchh jal le kar sookhee bhoomi par daalanaa; aur jo jal too nadee se nikaalegaa vah sookhee bhoomi par lohoo ban jaayegaa.

King James Version (KJV): And it shall come to pass, if they will not believe also these two signs, neither hearken unto thy voice, that thou shalt take of the water of the river, and pour [it] upon the dry [land:] and the water which thou takest out of the river shall become blood upon the dry [land].
World English Bible (WEB): It will happen, if they will not believe even these two signs or listen to your voice, that you shall take of the water of the river, and pour it on the dry land. The water which you take out of the river will become blood on the dry land.”

10मूसा ने यहोवा से कहा, हे मेरे प्रभु, मैं बोलने में निपुण नहीं, न तो पहिले था, और न जब से तू अपने दास से बातें करने लगा; मैं तो मुंह और जीभ का भद्दा हूं।
11यहोवा ने उससे कहा, मनुष्य का मुंह किस ने बनाया है? और मनुष्य को गूंगा, वा बहिरा, वा देखने वाला, वा अन्धा, मुझ यहोवा को छोड़ कौन बनाता है?
