11इसलिये मेरा मन मोआब के कारण और मेरा हृदय कीरहैरेस के कारण वीणा का सा क्रन्दन करता है।।
12और जब मोआब ऊंचे स्थान पर मुंह दिखाते दिखाते थक जाए, और प्रार्थना करने को अपने पवित्रा स्थान में आए, तो उसे कुछ लाभ न होगा।
13यही वह बात है जो यहोवा ने इस से पहिले मोआब के विषय में कही थी।
14परन्तु अब यहोवा ने यों कहा है कि मजदूरों के वर्षों के समान ती वर्ष के भीतर मोआब का विभव और उसकी भीड़- भाड़ सब तुच्छ ठहरेगी; और थोड़े जो बचेंगे उनका कोई बल न होगा।।
