और एबेद का पुत्रा गाल बाहर जाकर नगर के फाटक में खड़ा हुआ; तब अबीमेलेक और उसके संगी घात छोड़कर उठ खड़े हुए।

Aur ebed kaa putraa gaal baahar jaakar nagar ke phaatak mem khadaa huaa; tab abeemelek aur usake sangee ghaat chhodakar uth khade hue.

34तब अबीमेलेक और उसके संग के सब लोग रात को उठ चार झुण्ड बान्धकर शकेम के विरूद्ध घात में बैठ गए।
35और एबेद का पुत्रा गाल बाहर जाकर नगर के फाटक में खड़ा हुआ; तब अबीमेलेक और उसके संगी घात छोड़कर उठ खड़े हुए।
36उन लोगों को देखकर गाल जबूल से कहने लगा, देख, पहाड़ों की चोटियों पर से लोग उतरे आते हैं! जबूल ने उस से कहा, वह तो पहाड़ों ही छाया है जो तुझे मनुष्यों के समान देख पड़ती है।
37गाल ने फिर कहा, देख, लोग देश के बीचोंबीच होकर उतरे आते हैं, और एक झुण्ड मोननीम नाम बांज वृक्ष के मार्ग से चला आता है।
