ಯೆತೆರನು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸತ್ತನು. ಯೋನಾತಾನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು--ಪೆಲೆತನು, ಜಾಜನು. ಇವರೇ ಯೆರಹ್ಮೇಲನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾಗಿದ್ದರು.

Yeteranu makkalillade sattanu. Yonaataanana makkalu--peletanu, jaajanu. Ivare yerahmelana makkalaagiddaru.

31ಅಪ್ಪಯಿಮನ ಮಗನು ಇಷ್ಷೀಯು; ಇಷ್ಷೀಯ ಮಗನು ಶೇಷಾನನು;
32ಶೇಷಾನನ ಮಗನು ಅಹ್ಲೈಯನು. ಶಮ್ಮೈಯನ ಸಹೋದರನಾದ ಯಾದನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು--ಯೆತೆರ್‌, ಯೋನಾತಾನನು.
33ಯೆತೆರನು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸತ್ತನು. ಯೋನಾತಾನನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು--ಪೆಲೆತನು, ಜಾಜನು. ಇವರೇ ಯೆರಹ್ಮೇಲನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾಗಿದ್ದರು.
34ಆದರೆ ಶೇಷಾನನಿಗೆ ಕುಮಾರರಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆಗಳಿದ್ದರು. ಮತ್ತು ಶೇಷಾನನಿಗೆ ಯರ್ಹನೆಂಬ ಹೆಸರುಳ್ಳ ಐಗುಪ್ತನಾದ ಸೇವಕನಿದ್ದನು.
35ಶೇಷಾನನು ತನ್ನ ಕುಮಾರ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ಯರ್ಹನಿಗೆ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾಗಕೊಟ್ಟನು. ಅವಳು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಅತ್ತೈಯನ್ನು ಹೆತ್ತಳು.
