ನೀನಂತೂ ನಿಜ ವಾಗಿಯೂ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತಾಸ್ತುತಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀ; ಆದರೆ ಬೇರೊಬ್ಬನು ಭಕ್ತಿವೃದ್ದಿ ಹೊಂದುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

- 17ನೀನಂತೂ ನಿಜ ವಾಗಿಯೂ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತಾಸ್ತುತಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀ; ಆದರೆ ಬೇರೊಬ್ಬನು ಭಕ್ತಿವೃದ್ದಿ ಹೊಂದುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

- 19ಆದರೂ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನ್ಯಭಾಷೆಯಿಂದ ಹತ್ತುಸಾವಿರ ಮಾತು ಗಳನ್ನಾಡುವದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ನನ್ನ ಬುದ್ಧಿಯಿಂದ ಐದೇ ಮಾತು ಗಳನ್ನಾಡಿ ಇತರರಿಗೆ ಉಪದೇಶಮಾಡುವದು ನನಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಾದದ್ದು.
