- 27ದೇವರು ಸಮಸ್ತವನ್ನೂ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನ ಪಾದಗಳ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಸಮಸ್ತವೂ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಅಧೀನ ಮಾಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವಾಗ ಸಮಸ್ತವನ್ನು ಅಧೀನ ಮಾಡಿದಾತನು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಲಿಲ್ಲವೆಂಬದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ.
- 28ಸಮಸ್ತವೂ ಆತನಿಗೆ ಅಧೀನವಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಗನು ಸಹ ಸಮಸ್ತವನ್ನೂ ತನಗೆ ಅಧೀನ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟಾತನಿಗೆ ತಾನೇ ಅಧೀನನಾಗುವನು; ಹೀಗೆ ದೇವರು ಸಮಸ್ತರಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಸಮಸ್ತವೂ ಆಗಿರುವನು.
