ತಖ್ಪೆನೇಸ್‌ ಸಹೋದರಿಯು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಗೆನುಬ ತನೆಂಬ ಮಗನನ್ನು ಹೆತ್ತಳು. ತಖ್ಪೆನೇಸ್‌ ಇವನನ್ನು ಫರೋಹನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊಲೆ ಬಿಡಿಸಿದಳು. ಗೆನುಬತನು ಫರೋಹನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದನು.
Takhpenes sahodariyu avanige genuba tanemba maganannu hettalu. Takhpenes ivanannu pharohana maneyalli mole bidisidalu. Genubatanu pharohana maneyalli avana makkala sangada iddanu.

- 19ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಹದದನು ಫರೋಹನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿ ಕೃಪೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿ ದನು. ಏನಂದರೆ, ಅವನು ರಾಣಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ತನ್ನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾದ ತಖ್ಪೆನೇಸ್‌ಯೆಂಬವಳ ಸಹೋ ದರಿಯನ್ನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯಾಗಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.
- 20ತಖ್ಪೆನೇಸ್‌ ಸಹೋದರಿಯು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಗೆನುಬ ತನೆಂಬ ಮಗನನ್ನು ಹೆತ್ತಳು. ತಖ್ಪೆನೇಸ್‌ ಇವನನ್ನು ಫರೋಹನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊಲೆ ಬಿಡಿಸಿದಳು. ಗೆನುಬತನು ಫರೋಹನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದನು.
- 21ಆದರೆ ದಾವೀದನು ತನ್ನ ಪಿತೃಗಳ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಲಗಿದ್ದಾನೆಂದೂ ಸೈನ್ಯಾಧಿಪತಿಯಾದ ಯೋವಾಬನು ಸತ್ತುಹೋದನೆಂದೂ ಹದದನು ಐಗುಪ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಳಿ ಫರೋಹನಿಗೆ--ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸು ಅಂದನು.
- 22ಫರೋಹನು ಅವನಿಗೆ -- ಯಾಕೆ? ಇಗೋ, ನೀನು ನಿನ್ನ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕೆಂಬುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನೀನು ನನ್ನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇರುವಾಗ ನಿನಗೆ ಏನು ಕೊರತೆಯಾಯಿತು ಅಂದಾಗ ಅವನು--ಏನೂ ಇಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ಹೇಗಾದರೂ ನಾನು ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತೇನೆ ಅಂದನು.
